1. Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from our home base in Australia to bring LOAF’s creative vibes to kids and families everywhere. Some remote areas may have restrictions, please use the ‘Contact’ section to reach out if you are curious.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on your location, package weight, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. We’ll show you the exact cost before you confirm your order. For subscription boxes, shipping fees are included in the subscription price and will be clearly displayed when you sign up.

  • Australia: Standard and express options available.

  • International: Rates vary by country, with standard and expedited options.

Note: International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office for details.

3. Processing Times

We’re on it as soon as you place your order!

  • Standard orders: Processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom or pre-order items: You will receive an updated time schedule regarding these orders.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

4. Delivery Times

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and chosen method:

  • Australia:

    • Standard: 3-7 business days.

    • Express: 1-3 business days.

  • International:

    • Standard: 7-21 business days, depending on destination.

    • Expedited: 5-10 business days.

Times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs delays, or other factors. We’ll provide a tracking number (if available) so you can keep an eye on your package.

5. Tracking Your Order

Most orders come with a tracking number, emailed to you once your package ships. Use it to follow your order’s journey on our shipping partner’s website. Some international economy shipments may not include tracking—check your shipping option at checkout.

6. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted carriers like Australia Post, DHL, and FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery. The carrier depends on your location and shipping method.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We pack every order with love, but if something goes wrong:

  • Lost packages: Contact us within 30 days of shipment, and we’ll investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Damaged items: Let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, no stress.

8. Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you enter the wrong address, we’ll do our best to fix it before shipping, but we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect info. Contact us ASAP if you need to update your address.

9. International Shipping Notes

For our global friends:

  • Customs delays may affect delivery times.

  • You’re responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

  • Some countries have restrictions on certain textiles—check local regulations.
